1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS 502 Convertible

With that being said, this car is the definition of pro-touring meaning its made to drive cross-country comfortably yet with a ton of power and so many cool custom features! In June 2007, this car was 1 of 40 selected to be on invitation only display to represent 1968 at the GM Nationals Carlisle. For those of you who are not familiar with Carlisle Nationals, it is one of the largest events across the world for classic American Muscle Cars with tens of thousands of attendees! If you are looking for a convertible Camaro to add to your car collection, take it out long distances, and/or show off at car shows with, this without a doubt is the car for you.
To sum this car up, this 1968 Camaro Convertible is the absolute definition of the pro-touring classic car. It has so many great features of a new car but with a twist of a classic first generation Camaro! Although this car has been very well preserved in a climate controlled garage and driven very little since it was redone with all of its new components, please keep in mind this Camaro is still a 50 year old classic car with a 10+ year old restoration that you will find some imperfections in and that it may need some odds and ends especially as you drive it more often. Please understand that these classic cars are not brand new 2017 Camaros off of the Chevrolet dealership. Everybody categorizes the condition differently as there are so many parts, combinations, and different methods of putting one together that you must consider. We evaluate cars to what we've seen and/or come across as we only specialize in classic cars. With that being said, we highly encourage anyone interested to call up or come visit the car if possible as no car is ever done the same. If you have any questions, concerns, or want to see the car before the auction ends, please contact Joe at (732) 277-9021 at any time.
